BYD Zhengzhou Base Announces New Model's Success and Recruitment

With a large number of orders for the new model, BYD Zhengzhou Base now announces the start of the second large-scale recruitment within the year. All positions are direct hires, with a monthly scale of 4,000 people and a job salary ranging from $700 to $1,250 per month.

TapTechNews noticed that the recruitment information released by BYD Zhengzhou in early August showed that 2,900 operators and 1,100 technicians were required to be recruited in Zhengzhou Airport Area, and 2,700 people in Anyang Wadian and Jinan, with a total scale of 6,700 people.

BYD said that its normal working hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (including overtime hours, and the legal working hours are eight hours), with an hour break in the middle, and the shift change is fixed once a month; the salary payment date is the 22nd of the next month.

According to the official introduction, the salary of Zhengzhou BYD is mainly composed of three parts, the basic salary, the overtime pay, and the overproduction award in the workshop, and the overproduction award ranges from several hundred to two thousand. The basic salary is $300, and according to 21.75 days per month, the hourly salary is about $1.70. The overtime pay on weekdays is 1.5 times, 2 times on weekends, and 3 times on legal holidays.
