According to Smartprix, the upcoming RazrPlus 2024 will be the exclusive name for the US market, while in other global markets, it may be named MotoRazr 50 Ultra. The new phone is expected to continue using the 6.9-inch 2640x1080 OLED foldable main screen and a 3.6-inch external screen from the previous generation. In terms of performance, the RazrPlus 2024 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen3 processor, along with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The highly anticipated camera section will also receive upgrades, with both the main rear camera and telephoto lens being 50MP, while the front camera may remain at 32MP.
Other features include a larger 4000mAh battery and a better IPX8 water resistance rating. In addition, the new phone may also support wireless charging, fingerprint recognition, and eSIM cards. In terms of the operating system, the RazrPlus 2024 is expected to come pre-installed with Motorola's customized HelloUI system based on Android 14, as well as AI-driven photo/video functions and editing tools.
It is reported that the RazrPlus 2024 will be available in three color options: Midnight Blue, Spring Green, and Hot Pink. In the US market, the 12GB+256GB version is expected to be priced at $999 (approximately 7233 RMB), with a possible launch date in June 2024. The Razr 50 Ultra is expected to be priced at 1200 euros in the European market (approximately 9348 RMB) and 89999 rupees in the Indian market (approximately 7794 RMB). Therefore, if the leaked information is true, the new phone's price will be the same as the current model.
