TUXEDO Releases New InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 Thin and Light Notebook with Impressive Features

TapTechNews July 15th news, the Linux hardware manufacturer TUXEDO released the InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 thin and light notebook on the 12th of this month local time.

This notebook can be optionally equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS or Intel Core Ultra7 155H processor.

This thin and light notebook carries Ubuntu, Ubuntu or TUXEDO's own TUXEDO OS distribution version (optional Windows 11 system), and pre-installs Linux drivers for all hardware and software developed by TUXEDO internally.

InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 adopts an all-aluminum alloy body and is equipped with an 80Wh battery, as thin as 0.67 inches and weighing only 3.25 pounds.

It is equipped with a cooling combination of two 7mm thick fans + heat pipes. The Intel version can achieve a long-term performance release of up to 60W, while the AMD version is limited by official restrictions, and the performance release is 54W.

TUXEDO InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 is equipped with a 14-inch 2880×1800 resolution (243ppi) IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a nominal brightness of 400 nits and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage.

In addition, this notebook supports 180° opening and closing, and is equipped with a 1080p camera that can be physically closed.

In terms of storage, InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 has two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots, and the maximum supported memory capacity is 96GB; it is equipped with two PCIe 4.0 M.2 solid state drive slots, supporting up to 8TB of storage.

TUXEDO provides two USB Type-C interfaces (one USB4/Thunderbolt 4, one 3.2 Gen2), one HDMI 2.1 interface, three USB Type-A interfaces, one full-size card reader, and one wired network port.

Also, InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 has a white backlit keyboard with optional ISO and ANSI layouts.

TUXEDO stated that this notebook can now be pre-ordered and will start to be delivered from mid-to-late August.

In terms of price, the AMD version of InfinityBookPro14 Gen9 with 2×8GB DDR5 memory and 500GB solid state drive is priced starting from 1033 euros (TapTechNews note: currently about 8185 yuan RMB);

The Intel version with the same storage configuration is priced starting from 1125 euros (currently about 8913 yuan RMB).
