Panasonic TOUGHBOOK40 Mk2 is equipped with the MeteorLake Core Ultra processor, and two vPro models are available for selection:

Ultra5 135H (4P + 8E, with a maximum frequency of 4.6 GHz)

Ultra7 165H (6P + 8E, with a maximum frequency of 5.0 GHz)

This computer is equipped with a 14-inch FHD LCD screen, with a brightness of 1200 nits and supports 10-point touch.

In terms of connectivity, this computer is equipped with the Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 7 network card, optional 4G/5G network support, and supports eSIM.

This computer adopts a modular rugged design, passes the MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461H military standard tests, supports IP66 dustproof and waterproof, and can operate at a temperature range of -29 to 63°C (about -20 to 145°F), and the battery, storage, and memory are all designed to be replaceable.

Panasonic TOUGHBOOK40 Mk2 is 54.4mm (about 2.14 inches) thick and weighs 3.35kg (about 7.4 pounds). It has an internal 68Wh battery, with a MobileMark 25 battery life of 12 hours, and supports the installation of a second battery.

The left expansion area supports: the second NVMe SSD, smart card reader, DVD drive, Blu-ray drive

The right expansion area supports: the second battery, smart card reader

The palm rest expansion area supports: fingerprint unlocking, RFID reader
