TapTechNews noticed that the 2024 BMW M4 basically continues the style of the old model in exterior design, adopting a new style of LED headlights. The two sets of vertically arranged arrow-shaped LED lamp groups have the functions of daytime running lights and turn signals, and there is also a blue decorative strip embedded in the lamp cavity. The taillights also adopt a brand-new design style, inspired by the laser taillights on the globally limited 1000-unit BMW M4 CSL. The laser diodes are used to evenly irradiate the fiberglass inside the lamp group to present a three-dimensional graphic effect.

For the interior, the 2024 BMW M4 is equipped with a flattened-bottom M sports multifunctional steering wheel with a 12 o'clock alignment mark, and a newly designed black high-gloss air conditioning outlet. The dashboard also increases the area of carbon fiber decorative strips.
