South Korean Game StellarBlade Hits 1 Million Global Sales

TapTechNews June 25 news, the South Korean game developer ShiftUp held an IPO press conference today. Kim Hyung-tae, the chief executive, disclosed that since the release of StellarBlade in April 2024, the global sales have exceeded 1 million copies, and it has topped the sales chart in more than 60 countries/regions.

ShiftUp also disclosed that it plans to bring a photo mode to StellarBlade, and is preparing for the PC version and subsequent update contents, and there may be paid DLC.

The game StellarBlade was released on April 26, and the price in the Hong Kong server is HK$568 (TapTechNews note: currently about US$72). Previously, there was news that ShiftUp signed a 3-year exclusive contract with Sony SIE, and the game will land on the PC platform after the contract expires.
