Microsoft said that this new AI function will be able to perform real-time translation through dubbing and subtitles when you watch a video, supporting the translation from Spanish to English, as well as from English to German, Hindi, Italian, Russian, and Spanish. Microsoft promised to add more languages and supported websites in the future.

In addition, Microsoft said that the AI can also translate video content into sign language, thereby helping deaf or hard-of-hearing people better understand the video content.

As far as TapTechNews knows, the Edge browser already supports the function of "summarizing YouTube videos", but it still cannot generate a text summary of each video because this function still depends on the subtitles of the video to create the summary.
