The official announcement description shows: Intel introduces the next-generation Intel Core Ultra processor with the code name LunarLake, achieving breakthroughs in efficiency, computing and AI performance.

Intel Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Client Computing Group Michelle Johnston Holthaus, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Client Business Group Jim Johnson, and Intel partners (expected to be Microsoft) will conduct a live broadcast and detail the x86 energy efficiency, core performance, graphics performance, and AI computing power of the new processor.

This processor is equipped with a brand-new LionCove performance core and Skymont energy-efficient core, as well as the Battlemage GPU, and is equipped with the fourth-generation Intel NPU with 48 TOPS of AI computing power, and also integrates up to 32GB of package-level memory.

Intel claims that the SoC power consumption of the LunarLake processor can be reduced by up to 40% compared to the previous generation, positioned as the flagship processor of the next-generation AIPC.
