TapTechNews July 12th, the blogger @i IceUniverse posted that Samsung's new folding screen phone Galaxy Z Fold6/Flip6 has built-in system-level earthquake early warning, and other models need to wait for updates.
Another blogger @ZhouWeiDrake said that this service is provided by the Chengdu High-tech Institute of Disaster Reduction, covering the remaining 31 provinces/municipalities directly under the Central Government/autonomous regions except for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The threshold of low-intensity earthquake level can be set (to avoid unnecessary interference), and it can also navigate to the nearest shelter or display emergency contact information on the lock screen.
On the lock screen, Samsung retains its own medical information function to avoid the risk of being unable to contact relatives in time for treatment judgment due to disability caused by the earthquake, or the secondary harm caused in the rescue process due to the rescuer not knowing the allergy history or past medical history and current medication and other information.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6/Flip6 folding screen phone was released on July 10th, and TapTechNews attaches the pioneer price as follows:
