Didi's New Functions Female Passengers Can Choose Female Drivers and More

TapTechNews August 21st, Didi launched a public deliberation poll on the topic 'What functions do you hope Didi can provide' in early July this year. The official released a statement today saying that in response to the voting results, special teams have been formed respectively and put into development.

Currently, the functions such as female passengers can choose female drivers, pet express, Didi chartered car, and blacklisting smelly cars have completed the first phase of product development, and are being tested in a small range in a small number of cities, and later users will be invited to participate in the internal test, and more cities will be launched successively.

TapTechNews noted that the function that female passengers can choose female drivers is only available for use after female users complete real-name authentication. According to the feedback from Weibo users' usage, when using Didi Chuxing, internal test users of this function can select 'Optional Female Driver' at the bottom.
