According to the announcement of Changan Automobile on August 19th, Avita Technology plans to sign the Equity Transfer Agreement with Huawei in Chongqing on the morning of August 20th (now signed), stipulating that Avita Technology purchases the 10% equity held by Huawei, with a transaction amount of 11.5 billion RMB. At the same time, Avita Technology plans to sign the Shareholder Agreement with Huawei and Yinwang. After this transaction, Avita Technology's shareholding ratio in Yinwang is 10%, and Huawei's shareholding ratio in Yinwang is 90%.
