AAEON研扬 Launches World's Smallest Core Ultra Motherboard - PICO-MTU4 Single-Board Computer
TapTechNews August 2nd news, AAEON研扬 today launched the PICO-MTU4 single-board computer (TapTechNews note: that is Single-BoardComputer, SBC), which is claimed to be the world's smallest Core Ultra motherboard for fields such as edge computing, smart healthcare, and industrial robots.
The PICO-MTU4 single-board computer accommodates a Core Ultra first-generation processor with the code name MeteorLake in the small 100 × 72mm specification PICO-ITX motherboard.
Specifically, the PICO-MTU4 provides four processor options, namely Core Ultra 7165U, Ultra 7155U, Ultra 5135U, and Ultra 5125U, all of which are models with a 2P + 8E + 2LP-E core design and 15W power consumption.
In addition, this single-board computer has on-board single-channel 6400MT/s LPDDR5 (TapTechNews note: LPDDR5X in the poster, but AAEON's expressions in other positions are all LPDDR5) memory, with a maximum support of 32GB capacity.
In terms of I/O interfaces, AAEON PICO-MTU4 provides 1 eDP1.4 interface, 1 HDMI1.4 interface, 2 USB3.2 Gen2 interfaces, 1 SATA3 interface, 1 PCIe4.0×4 M.2 2280 interface.
In addition, this single-board computer is equipped with two Intel wired network cards, providing a 2.5G RJ45 network port by I226 and a second gigabit RJ45 network port by I219; and a M.2 E-key 2230 interface for wireless modules is reserved.
PICO-MTU4 is also equipped with 2 COM serial ports, 1 4-bit GPIO interface, and pins that can be extended to 2 USB2.0 ports.
AAEON said that the PICO-MTU4 single-board computer is suitable for various working environments, supporting a working temperature range of -20°C to +85°C and a working humidity range of 0% to 90%.
