vivo's Next-Generation Flagship with Advanced Technologies and Future Trends
TapTechNews July 26th news, vivo announced this afternoon that the blueprint sensor technology will apply its self-developed VCS3.0 technology on the next-generation flagship, and also jointly defined the main camera sensor of the next-generation flagship with partners. It adopts the advanced 22-nanometer manufacturing process, and at the same time is the industry's first sensor to support True-TCG HDR, further enhancing the effect of HDR preview and HDR video.
According to the introduction, the new-generation blueprint algorithm matrix will empower the telephoto, endowing more than 1 billion parameters into the visual big model, making it the largest visual generation model on the vivo mobile phone side.
The new-generation blueprint imaging chip will also debut next year, bringing a better backlit and night scene portrait shooting experience by hardening the new-generation AI portrait algorithm.
In addition, the humanistic camera mode of the X100Ultra will also be gradually launched on the X100, X100Pro, and the entire X90 series.
TapTechNews learned that vivo believes that the three new trends of future imaging will focus on the three major sections of imaging security, 3D imaging/XR, and health.
In terms of imaging security, vivo is committed to providing tamper-proof metadata for every photo and video, so that the imaging information can be traced back to identify its authenticity. Vivo stated that it expects to cooperate with security application and service providers in the future to establish a transparent and trusted content creation and sharing ecological environment.
In the aspect of 3D imaging/XR, the vivo X100Ultra has achieved a new 3D imaging shooting ability and established a closed-loop experience of shooting and viewing with the partner @Rokid. Vivo will also launch an MR wearable device next year.
