TapTechNews on May 16th reported that the flagship cruiser motorcycle Star 6 from Pie motorcycles is now on the market. The bike is available in two colors: star gray and matte black, with an official guide price of RMB 44,888 (approximately $6,339).
It is reported that the bike adopts the 'quantum geometry' design language, with rugged lines and inverted shock absorbers. The brakes use front dual discs with Wuyu straight bolts and four-piston calipers, standard dual-channel ABS+TCS traction control system. The total volume of the three luggage boxes exceeds 80 liters. Equipped with LED light source lamps, which light up in an X shape, providing a certain degree of recognition.
In addition, the bike is said to be equipped with Pie's self-developed intelligent central control, integrating millimeter-wave radar rear warning function, and equipped with front and rear 1080P wide-angle recorders, featuring a six-channel HiFi sound system.
In terms of specifications, TapTechNews learned that the bike's length, width, and height are 244x932x1276mm, wheelbase is 1616mm, seat height is 745mm, curb weight is 327kg, fuel tank capacity is 20 liters, equipped with a 573ml V-type twin-cylinder water-cooled engine, with a maximum power of 40kW and a peak torque of 55Nm.
