Second, silicon capacitors have high reliability and long life. Due to their simple structure and easy processing and integration, the failure rate of silicon capacitors is relatively low.

In addition, the size of silicon capacitors is small and takes up less space, which is suitable for the miniaturization and high-density integration of integrated circuits.

Reports indicate that Samsung Electro-Mechanics has developed test equipment for mass-producing the Exynos 2500 chip, and the preliminary mass production work of the chip is ready and is about to begin mass production.

Samsung plans to use the Exynos 2500 chip on the two phones Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ (there are relevant clues indicating that it will be cancelled, which cannot be confirmed at present).
