Telegram CEO Pavel Durov Arrested in France on August 24

Previously, Durov had already been on the wanted list in France. The French prosecutor claimed that this was because Telegram was 'improperly regulated' and'refused to cooperate with the relevant authorities', resulting in the platform being used for gray purposes.
