Microsoft's 'Forza Motorsport' Update 8 Brings New Cars and Events

TapTechNews May 14th news, Microsoft's racing game Forza Motorsport update 8 was officially pushed at 1 a.m. Beijing time, and the new vehicles and in-game activities will start at 8 a.m. on May 16th.

This update mainly brings the following improvements:

The livery editor supports adjusting the matte finish of the paint

New tire wear rate options in free races and private multiplayer games: 0.5x-10x

The number of races considered in safety rating for curated multiplayer games has been increased from 10 to 20

Improved matchmaking algorithm, players with S safety rating will not be matched with players with E or D safety rating

Improved brake behavior of AI opponents

Additionally, the 2020 KTM X-Bow GT2 and 2020 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 have been removed from the Forza GT series and added to the Modern Racecar series; the 2019 Porsche #70 Porsche Motorsport 935 has joined the Forza GT series.
