ShadPS4 Simulator Makes New Progress in Running Red Dead Redemption

TapTechNews July 15th news, ShadPS4 is a popular Sony PS4 game console simulator. After initially running Bloodborne, the simulator has now made a new progress that it "supports" running Red Dead Redemption, which Rockstar launched on the PS4 platform last year.

Here, the "support" is in double quotes because the simulator can only enter the game interface and cannot render the game graphics, but the game does not crash after running for a while.

TapTechNews learned that the project developer said that currently ShadPS4 is the only PS4 simulator that can enter Red Dead Redemption, while other simulators actually cannot enter, so this is already a "big progress".

At present, the ShadPS4 simulator is still in the early stage, but the ultimate goal of the project is to be able to simulate all PS4 games. PC players can theoretically run many popular PS4 games through this simulator, including Bloodborne, Dreams, Gravity Rush 2, inFamous: Second Son, The Last Guardian, and the remake of Shadow of the Colossus, etc.
