Continuously optimizing the 'Minor Mode', strictly screening and governing online bad information, continuously enriching the pool of high-quality content, and providing more useful and easy-to-use functions, etc.
Tencent QQ stated that it will continue to actively implement various measures for the protection of minors from multiple aspects such as product functions, ecological governance, and user education, and continuously investigate and crack down on various behaviors and online harmful information that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors, disposing of violating accounts and group chats strictly and quickly, and resolutely safeguarding the online security of minors.
According to TapTechNews' report on July 13th, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission specifically issued a notice, deploying a special action of 'Clean and Clear - 2024 Summer Minor Online Environment Improvement' across the country for a two-month period, requiring maintaining a high-pressure stance on various types of violating behaviors, disposing of violating platforms, accounts, and related MCN institutions strictly.
