TapTechNews July 26th news, the gaming brand T-FORCE under Team Group has launched the GCPRO PCIe 5.0 solid state drive today.

The solid state drive adopts the M.2 2280 form factor, with a patented ultra-thin graphene heat sink on the surface (TapTechNews note: Chinese patent publication number CN211019739U), which is compatible with the heat sink attached to the motherboard and can further enhance the heat dissipation effect of the hard drive to achieve the maximization of performance.

Team Group said that T-FORCE GCPRO adopts the PCIe 5.0×4 interface, conforms to the NVMe 2.0 protocol, and is equipped with the Innogrit IG5666 main controller which is the same as the previous higher-speed product T-FORCE GCPRO, and adopts the DRAM cache scheme and supports 4K LDPC error correction.

T-FORCE GCPRO is available in 2TB and 4TB capacities, and the maximum sequential read rate and the maximum sequential write rate of each capacity version can both reach 12500 MB/s and 11000 MB/s respectively.

Regarding the warranty, the Team Group T-FORCE GCPRO solid state drive has a 5-year warranty, and the 2TB version has a warranty write volume of 1200 TBW, and the 4TB version is 2400 TBW.
