TapTechNews May 14th news, tech media 9to5Google recently published a blog post, indicating that Google has added Snapshot desktop widgets and InsideOut wallpapers to the Pixel 8a phone.
Snapshot is a home screen widget that is similar to a Polaroid, with tape at the top and the date at the bottom. Users can click on the camera icon to take a new snapshot, which will be automatically saved and backed up to Google Photos. Before setting the new snapshot, users can view and edit the image using the built-in Google Photos editor.
In addition to the snapshot widget, the Pixel 8a also comes pre-loaded with two special wallpapers themed after the upcoming Pixar movie InsideOut2. The wallpapers depict the Headquarters--Mind World and Friendship Island--Personality Island from the movie. TapTechNews attached an image as follows:
