According to the CCTV 'Financial Investigation' report, in the Circular Economy Industrial Park in Lianyungang Donghai County, some unqualified'small workshops' not only blatantly recycle, disassemble scrapped cars, and trade the 'five major assemblies' of scrapped cars, and in order to better sell the engines removed from scrapped cars, the merchants'manipulate' the key identity information on the machines.
