FAW-Volkswagen Bora Launches Limited-Time Purchase Policy with Multiple Offers in the US

TapTechNews July 15th news, according to the FAW-Volkswagen official website, from July 13th to July 28th, the Bora launched a limited-time car purchase policy, and the 200TSI version starts from $10,000. (1 RMB is approximately equal to 0.14 USD).

In addition, FAW-Volkswagen also launched three preferential policies including Renewal Gift, Finance Gift, and Additional Purchase Gift, including getting up to $1,000 in national subsidies for trading in scrap cars for new ones, 0% down payment or ultra-low daily payment for car purchase, and an additional $150 maintenance voucher for old customers of the Volkswagen brand to purchase additional vehicles.

As a reference, the official guide price range of the current Bora is $16,200 - $20,500. The 2024 Bora provides 1.2T engine, 1.4T engine and 1.5T engine as options.

The maximum power of the 1.2T engine is 113 horsepower, and the maximum torque is 148 lb-ft, and the transmission system is matched with a 5-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch DSG automatic transmission;

The maximum power of the 1.4T engine is 148 horsepower, and the maximum torque is 184 lb-ft, and the transmission system is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch DSG automatic transmission;

The maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 158 horsepower, and the maximum torque is 184 lb-ft, and the transmission system is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch DSG automatic transmission.

The car provides 8-inch LCD instrument, CNS3.0 intelligent in-vehicle navigation infotainment system, Bluetooth/in-car phone, mobile phone mapping, intelligent remote vehicle control, LED high and low beam lights, automatic headlights, electric adjustment of exterior rearview mirrors (with heating) and other configurations.
