BMW's design director, Domagoj Dukec, said: 'The sky is the limit', which means that this concept car may have no roof at all, or perhaps have a retractable or detachable hardtop convertible. TapTechNews noticed that the teaser image shows the rounded rear lines of the body, the straight rear window design, the beige car paint, the wide wheel arch shape, and the regular-sized side mirrors.

According to the distance from the rear wheel arch to the side mirror, many car fans speculate that this is a two-seater convertible concept car. At the same time, there is no obvious seam line at the rear of the car, suggesting that the car may adopt a Targa-style hardtop convertible design similar to some supercars, or it may also use a lightweight fabric soft top.

After the Touring Coupe concept car last year, this mysterious concept car released by BMW has further whetted the appetite of car fans. It is reported that the new car will be larger than the current Z4 and may become a mass-produced model to meet the needs of convertible car enthusiasts in the future.

With the official opening of the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este classic car show on May 24th, this brand new concept car is about to unveil its mystery, let's wait and see.
