TapTechNews June 19th. WindowsLatest, a tech media, blogged today (June 19th) that the cumulative update KB5039212 released by Microsoft on Patch Tuesday this month has finally fixed the Chrome/Edge browser visual distortion (checkerboard) problem in the Windows 11 system.
TapTechNews looked up online resources and found that this problem can be traced back to at least 1 year ago, mainly affecting Nvidia graphics card users, resulting in problems such as video distortion or poor video playback performance.
Microsoft stated in the support documentation: 'This update fixes the problem of partial distortion on the screen, mainly affecting users of Chromium-based browsers, and this situation will occur when playing videos.'
