TapTechNews June 19th news, according to a report by Reuters on Monday, Jefferies analysts released a report late Sunday night stating that the management of Leapmotor disclosed in an analyst conference call that the first batch of small electric cars, the T03, had rolled off the assembly line at the Stellantis Poland assembly plant last week and is planned to enter mass production in September.

TapTechNews had reported in March this year that Leapmotor would produce the T03 model at the Stellantis Poland Tychy factory. One of the insiders said that the production of the Leapmotor T03 might start before the end of June and would adopt the form of assembly production using semi-knocked down (SKD) technology. The second source said that the Tychy side would ensure that the product cost is low enough so that more customers can afford it. Currently, the work of local production by Leapmotor is progressing as planned.
