Microsoft Releases Windows 11 Update with New Hidden Feature
TapTechNews June 8th news, Microsoft yesterday released the Windows 11 Build 26231 preview update for the Canary channel, mainly optimizing the Narrator feature, but the new preview version hides a new feature that can optimize the avatar through filters and AI enhancement.
The news source @PhantomOfEarth tweeted on June 7th on the X platform and unearthed the hidden feature in the Windows 11 Build 26231 preview version. After users open the Account page of the Settings application, a new Your Info (Yourinfo) option will appear.
Custom Filters
Microsoft has brought 6 filters for user avatars, including Nashville, Sutro, Style1977, etc., and users can also zoom in on personal photos or rotate them clockwise/anticlockwise.
AI Optimization
In addition to the 6 filters, users can also use AI to further optimize the avatar, including blurring the background, increasing the image resolution, and brightening the portrait of the person.
However, this function is still in the experimental stage, and there will be some minor problems when adjusting and saving changes. Microsoft will fix this problem in the upcoming Insider version.

1. Install the Windows 11 Build 22635.3640 preview update.
2. Download the Vivetool tool from the GitHub page and then unzip it to any folder, but remember the folder path (such as C:\\Program Files (x86)\\ViVeTool-v0.3.2).
3. Press the Win key (or use the mouse) to open the Start menu, enter cmd, and then select Open with Administrator Privileges to open the Command Prompt.
4. Use the cd command to jump to the ViveTool folder, such as cd C:\\Program Files (x86)\\ViVeTool-v0.3.2
5. Then enter vivetool/enable/id:45189370,47364920, and press Enter.
6. Restart the device.
