After completing the disassembly, the iFixit team said that the 2024 new AirPods 4 products (including the ANC and non-ANC versions) are still a nightmare for disassembly and repair, and finally gave the lowest 0/10 points in the repairability score. During the disassembly process, it was found that the internal components of AirPods 4 are compact, the battery and the circuit board are difficult to separate, and special tools are required for battery replacement, and once disassembled, the device can hardly be restored, increasing the difficulty of repair, showing its low repairability.
