Samsung Granted a new design patent for a potential GalaxyRing2

TapTechNews July 5th news, the tech media 91Mobile mined the US patent database and found that Samsung was granted a new design patent, showing a brand-new smart ring design plan and may be released in the future under the name of GalaxyRing2 .

According to the appearance design shared in the patent, it adopts a full-circle design different from GalaxyRing. The smart ring in the patent adopts a square-outside-and-round-inside design, providing more space to install sensors.

The patent indicates that the outer layer can also be designed as a screen, and users can interact and view statistical data such as exercise, heart rate, notifications, and incoming call reminders.
