N3000 is a variant that supports PLP power failure protection, only providing M.2 2280 form factor.

PCIe 4.0×4 specification, M.2 2280 form factor, with external DRAM cache design, equipped with pSLC NAND flash memory, capacity options from 80GB to 320GB, supporting PLP power failure protection.
E2000/E2600
They are M.2 1620 BGA packaged variants of N2000 and N2600 respectively, with a size of only 3.2 square millimeters.
