Swissbit Releases Multiple PCIe Solid-State Drives for Edge, Networking and IoT

TapTechNews July 12th news, the Swiss storage company Swissbit released a number of PCIe solid-state drives for the edge, networking and Internet of Things fields on June 27th, supporting a wide operating temperature range of -40°F to 185°F.

PCIe 3.0×4 specification, M.2 2230/2242/2280 form factor, without external DRAM cache design, equipped with TLC NAND flash memory, capacity options from 60GB to 480GB.

N2600

PCIe 3.0×4 specification, M.2 2230/2242/2280 form factor, without external DRAM cache design, equipped with pSLC (simulated SLC) NAND flash memory, capacity options from 20GB to 160GB.

N3000

PCIe 4.0×4 specification, M.2 2242/2280 form factor, with external DRAM cache design, equipped with TLC NAND flash memory, capacity options from 240GB to 1920GB.

N3002

N3000 is a variant that supports PLP power failure protection, only providing M.2 2280 form factor.

N3602

PCIe 4.0×4 specification, M.2 2280 form factor, with external DRAM cache design, equipped with pSLC NAND flash memory, capacity options from 80GB to 320GB, supporting PLP power failure protection.

E2000/E2600

They are M.2 1620 BGA packaged variants of N2000 and N2600 respectively, with a size of only 3.2 square millimeters.
