Nintendo to Hold New Direct on June 18th

TapTechNews Jun 17th, Nintendo today announced that a new Direct presentation will be held at 10 PM Beijing time on June 18th, with a broadcasting time of approximately 40 minutes.

Nintendo disclosed that this Direct will focus on the games planned to be released in the second half of 2024, as well as information about Nintendo Switch software, and will not mention information about the subsequent model of NS.

As early as May this year, Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa posted on the X platform, announcing that the subsequent model of the Switch game console exists, and this game console is expected to be announced within this fiscal year (TapTechNews note: that is, before March 2025), but it will not be announced in the June Direct.
