1. Cancel the application restrictions for regional indicators: Cancel the qualification conditions and quantity restrictions for individuals and units to apply for regional indicators.
2. Cancel the vehicle renewal eligibility restrictions: For the second and above Zhejiang A license plate small passenger cars under an individual's name or small passenger cars with a reaching the scrapping standard record in the vehicle management system of the public security organ, after completing the transfer registration, change of registration of moving out of the city or cancellation registration, an update indicator can be applied for.
3. Add a direct line of consanguinity type of other indicator: If an individual needs to transfer the Zhejiang A license plate small passenger car under his name to the name of a direct line of consanguinity, the transferor can directly apply for this type of indicator with valid supporting materials (if the small passenger car needs to be changed between husband and wife, there is no need to apply for an indicator and it can be handled directly), and the indicator is held by the transferee, and the transferor cannot obtain an update indicator after the involved vehicle completes the transfer registration.
4. Relax the application conditions for the long-term unsuccessful lottery type of indicator: Individuals who have participated in the lottery for the increment of small passenger cars in this city for a cumulative total of 48 times and above, and meet the application qualification conditions for the increment indicator in this city can apply for the long-term unsuccessful lottery type of other indicator.
5. Cancel the reserve price for indicator bidding: Cancel the 10,000 yuan reserve price for the bidding of the increment indicator of small passenger cars in this city, and other bidding rules remain unchanged.
This policy measure will be implemented since August 28th, 2024, and if previous regulations are inconsistent with this policy measure, this policy measure shall prevail.
