ClearLinux is specifically optimized by Intel software engineers, focusing on optimizing the kernel, middleware layer and Runtime, and giving priority to improving the performance of applications, which helps to improve the performance of ClearLinux on x86 processors.

Test Results

In 59 benchmark tests, Phoronix found that the performance of ClearLinux was 16% higher than that of the slowest Linux distribution Ubuntu 24.04 LTS in the test.

ClearLinux ranked first, CachyOS ranked second, ArchLinux ranked third, Fedora Workstation ranked fourth, Ubuntu 24.10 ranked fifth, and Ubuntu 24.04 LTS ranked last.
