Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Imaging Configuration and Design Updates

TapTechNews May 27th, blogger @iIceUniverse today shared the imaging configuration of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. The new phone still comes with a rear quad-camera, among which the ultra-wide-angle and 3x telephoto lenses have been upgraded.

50MP ultra-wide-angle lens

200MP main camera

50MP 3x telephoto lens

50MP 5x telephoto lens

In contrast, the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 5MP ultra-telephoto camera sensor with 5x optical zoom.

Another notable point is that at the end of 2022, Samsung hired Hubert H. Lee, the former chief design officer of Mercedes-Benz in China, and appointed him as the head of Samsung's executive vice president and MX (TapTechNews note: Mobile Experience) design team. Many users expected there to be more changes in the appearance design of the Samsung S24 series. However, perhaps for the sake of stability, Samsung still continued the appearance design of the previous generations.
