Huawei Shanghai Xicen Single Apartment Project Nears Completion

The exterior facade construction and interior decoration of the Huawei Shanghai Xicen Single Apartment Project have been completed, and it has officially entered the final sprint stage. It is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of September this year, and after the project is completed, it will provide more than 6000 housing units.

The Huawei Shanghai Xicen Single Apartment Project is located at the northwest side of the intersection of Lianxi Highway and Gangyue Road in Xicen Community, Jinze Town. The project includes 35 single buildings and 1 short-term rental apartment. The architectural design has 14 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters (about 5,381,955 square feet).

According to the previous report of TapTechNews, the Huawei Shanghai Qingpu R & D Center will be put into use this year. The total investment is nearly 16 billion yuan (about 2.3 billion US dollars), covering an area of 2400 mu and the total construction area is 2.06 million square meters (about 22.17 million square feet).
