EA to Remove Battlefield 3, 4, and Hardline from Xbox 360 & PS3 Stores on July 31

TapTechNews July 3rd news, EA officially announced that classic works such as Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, and Battlefield: Hardline (including DLCs) will be removed from the Xbox 360 and PS3 stores on July 31st, and players will no longer be able to purchase them.

Of course, Battlefield 3 can still be played on the PC, while Battlefield 4 and Battlefield: Hardline can still be played on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 platforms.

Combining with previous reports from TapTechNews, the online services of these games will officially stop on November 7, 2024. However, the official said that although the online service is stopped, the single-player mode of the game is not affected, and players can still enjoy playing freely.

Among these three games, Battlefield 3 is the only game that only landed on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC platforms. When it is removed from the PS4 and Xbox One stores, Battlefield 3 will completely bid farewell to the console platform.
