Evercade Launches New Mini Arcade Machine

TapTechNews June 1st news, the cassette-based retro game console manufacturer, Evercade, has launched its third product, the Evercade Alpha mini arcade machine. It features an 8-inch 4:3 IPS LCD screen and is compatible with all Evercade game cartridges. The pricing is $249.99 (TapTechNews note: about 1815 RMB currently), and the pre-sale price is $229.99 (about 1670 RMB currently).

This mini arcade machine has dimensions of 410mm x 216mm x 244mm and incorporates one joystick, six buttons and two cartridge slots, and is compatible with the game cartridges previously released by Evercade.

The mini arcade machine is powered by USB-C and supports software updates via Wi-Fi. It provides stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio interface and two USB ports for connecting other gamepads.

Evercade offers two arcade themes, Street Fighter and Mega Man, and each has six officially licensed games built-in:
