FIFA Partners with New Developer for Next Video Game

TapTechNews June 1st, FIFA President Infantino recently disclosed in a meeting that FIFA is collaborating with a new partner to develop a brand-new FIFA series video game.

We will develop a new video game because the football simulation game is called FIFA. For hundreds of millions of children and teenagers all over the world, when they play football simulation games, they play FIFA and can't have another name.

We are developing a new game with the new partner. Obviously, this game will be in line with everything we (FIFA) do and it will be 'the best'. So everyone, please get ready for the new FIFA video game.

Coincidentally, the foreign game retailer MohPlayInc also disclosed on X (Twitter) last month that 2K has obtained the official license from FIFA (International Federation of Association Football) and will produce the next FIFA series football game.

This retailer has previously revealed that FIFA 2K25 will be launched this year, and the subsequent FIFA World Cup 2K26 is also on the way (TapTechNews note: the next World Cup will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico in 2026).

In May 2022, EA officially ended its nearly 30-year collaboration with FIFA. In 2023, EA launched the game EASportsFC 24, and FIFA has also stated that it will seek other partners to develop new 'FIFA' series games.
