Weibo User Apologizes to Xiaomi for False Remarks

TapTechNews August 20th news, the Weibo user @Gun-and-Rose posted today, causing negative impacts on Xiaomi's corporate image due to false statements, infringing on the company's reputation rights, and apologizing to Xiaomi Company:

I once used the above account to post multiple infringing remarks against Xiaomi Company, fabricating that Xiaomi is controlled by foreign capital and is a tool for the US to suppress domestic enterprises, deliberately creating confrontation between Xiaomi and other domestic enterprises, and maliciously inciting public emotions. My false remarks have all caused serious negative impacts on Xiaomi's corporate image and seriously violated Xiaomi's reputation rights.

What I have done has had a great negative impact on Xiaomi's business reputation, which is an illegal act of infringing reputation rights with extremely bad nature. I feel deeply guilty and remorseful about this, and here I express my sincerest apology to Xiaomi Company!

It is required to post an apology at the top of Weibo for 24 hours, and at the same time compensate Xiaomi for economic losses and other amounts totaling 150,000 yuan within seven days after the judgment takes effect.
