TapTechNews June 5th, Microsoft today released a press release inviting members of the Microsoft 365 Insider program to test two new features of Microsoft Teams, including a freely movable Presenter toolbar and one-click optimization of video playback to improve the presentation experience during meetings.
If users share the screen during a Teams activity, they can move the Presenter toolbar to any position on the screen, so that users can easily adjust the position of the toolbar according to the layout of the shared content to ensure that users can still see the important areas on the screen.
TapTechNews Note: When not in use, the Presenter toolbar will also be minimized after 4 seconds; after minimization, the toolbar will still show a red badge to clearly show the ongoing shared session.
Microsoft has also added a new feature to Teams that allows users to manually optimize video playback when sharing the screen. If the automatic video detection fails or is delayed, just use the optimization button on the Presenter toolbar to ensure that your content runs as smoothly as possible.
