Ideal Auto Tries to Recall Laid-off Employees after Large-scale Layoffs

Some Ideal Auto R & D staff said that at present, laid-off employees at the test end have already received notices of being recalled. The previously negotiated compensation has not been distributed yet, and the subsequent part of the compensation will not be provided to the recalled employees. The contracts of the involved employees will be directly continued, and it is currently unclear the recall scale and the proportion of each department. As of the time of dispatch, Ideal Auto officials have not commented for the time being.

Multiple insiders of Ideal Auto disclosed that after the failure of MEGA (pure electric MPV) and the slowdown of the pure electric product rhythm, employees once heard the 'odel update' rumor, but no specific plan has been reached yet.
