TapTechNews learned that Anhui Zhongke Mi is the first high-tech company in China focusing on optical MEMS chips. In the first half of this year, the company's sales have exceeded 30 million yuan, and it has currently become the third in the world and the only supplier in China for optical communication MEMS chips.
The production manager of the company, Zheng XiuLi, said: (The company) has successfully solved the problems of unstable process, low yield rate, and poor appearance of optical MEMS chips. At the same time, in order to achieve mass production and high efficiency, a new production technology platform for optical MEMS micromirror chips and wafer-level testing, inspection and post-processing has been built. Currently, the company has applied for more than 30 patents at home and abroad, and 21 of them have been authorized.
