The chairman has been authorized to plan and negotiate, and if there are suitable transaction objects and conditions in the future, they will be handled in accordance with the company's 'Acquisition or Disposal of Assets Procedure'. TapTechNews found that in 2021, Dayu sold the copyright of Chinese Paladin in mainland China to a mobile game company. This sale involves the copyrights of Chinese Paladin in other regions and the global copyright of Xuan-Yuan Sword. If successful, these two IPs will no longer be owned by Dayu.
