BYD's Yangwang Links with Tencent's 'Need for Speed Unbound'

TapTechNews on May 18th reported that Yangwang Automobile under BYD announced today that it will link up with Tencent's mobile game 'Need for Speed: Unbound', and its entire series of models will enter the virtual city 'Heat Bay', and the preview video was released.

TapTechNews noticed that Tencent's new work 'Need for Speed: Unbound' has previously announced its release date for the summer vacation and is claimed to be the 'first open-world racing mobile game'. This game is developed by Tencent's TiMi Studio and has obtained the official EA license.

According to the official introduction, this game provides '100 million square meters of open world', supports 12 styles and 30 tracks with different styles, and has 500 large-world gameplay points. In the game, players can be racers, pursuit teams, and more identities.

Before the linkage with Yangwang, the game's website shows that it has also reached cooperation with many brands and will provide brand models such as Lamborghini, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, XPeng, Hongqi, NIO, etc.

Regarding the specific launch time of this new game, Tencent has not announced it for the time being.
