Samsung Galaxy S24FE Camera Specs and More

TapTechNews June 11th news, the tech media GalaxyClub released a blog post yesterday, revealing and sharing the camera specification information of the Samsung Galaxy S24FE phone.

Release Date

It is said that Samsung will release the Galaxy S24FE phone at the end of 2024 or even at the beginning of 2025.

Model

The model of this phone is SM-721U, and the internal development code is R12.

Camera

The Samsung Galaxy S24FE, like the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, and Galaxy S23FE, is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera. (Note: Samsung upgraded the main camera of the FE series phones last year, so it is not surprising that Samsung may continue to use the 50-megapixel main camera considering the cost.)

To be precise, the Galaxy S24FE will adopt the ISOCELL GN3 sensor, which is a 1/1.57 camera sensor with a pixel size of 1.0μm and a maximum resolution of 8160x6144.

Chip

At present, there is still little detailed information about the Galaxy S24FE, but supply chain sources disclosed that Samsung has been discussing parts supply matters with relevant manufacturers. One notable focus is the upcoming chip to be carried.

Samsung did not release the Exynos 2300 processor last year, and the possibility that the S24FE directly uses the same Exynos 2400 processor as the flagship Galaxy S24 series is relatively low. Therefore, it is more likely that the S24FE will adopt the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, but nothing has been officially confirmed for now.
