According to the report of Hongxing Capital Bureau, Ideal Automobile responded today: On March 7th this year, Ideal Automobile found that the Douyin account Dong Laosi Talking About Cars released a short video named Crazy New Car. The video contains a large amount of insulting information that slurs the Ideal Automobile brand and the MEGA model, causing a bad impact. In response, Ideal Automobile has taken legal rights protection measures, and the current case is in the process of being heard in the court.

TapTechNews noted that in the video, the blogger said that on March 6th this year, he released a 45-second video that remade a scene from the movie Crazy Racing Cars on the Dong Laosi Talking About Cars account. Although the video was taken down by Ideal's complaint within one day of its release, Ideal believes that the video had a negative impact on its MEGA model, resulting in a decline in its sales.

The blogger also mentioned in the video that Ideal Automobile believes that most of the works of his account have more than ten thousand likes, which is difficult for an ordinary account to reach such a high traffic, so it is considered a marketing account, and believes that his behavior constitutes an infringement on the MEGA model and causes damage to the entrepreneur's image and losses to the national economy. In response, the blogger said that he is not a marketing account and has not signed with any MCN agency. His creative content is all based on hotspots and results for deductive creation, and the Ideal MEGA model has already been launched. He believes that the image and sales of MEGA are mainly determined by its design and price.

Ideal Automobile also said: The public and self-media have the right to make reasonable evaluations and discussions on social hot events, but these all have certain limits and cannot exceed the boundaries of the law. Even the so-called clips created by self-media cannot rise to serious insults or slander and slander enterprises. When an enterprise believes that a certain speech is suspected of infringing on the enterprise's reputation and causing harm to the enterprise's operation, the enterprise has the right to protect its rights through legal channels, which is a normal legal rights protection behavior. If the relevant creative video leads the public to have a negative association with Ideal Automobile, makes insulting remarks, and thus has negative evaluation and damage consequences, it is suspected of infringing on the enterprise's reputation rights.
