Intel's New Lunar Lake CPU Discovered at 2024 Taipei Computer Show

TapTechNews reported on June 5th that the tech media WccFtech today published a blog post and found traces of Intel's latest Lunar Lake CPU at the 2024 Taipei International Computer Show.

According to the task manager screenshot information, the Lunar Lake CPU demonstrated this time is the Intel Core Ultra 7268V, which is an 8-core SKU with 4 P-cores based on the Lion Cove core architecture and 4 E-cores based on the Skymont core architecture.

The task manager screenshot information shows that the base clock frequency of the Intel Core Ultra 7268V is 2.20 GHz and it is equipped with 14 megabytes of L3 cache and 12 megabytes of L2 cache. The turbo boost speed is 4 GHz and the peak is close to 5 GHz.

In terms of the integrated graphics, the Intel Core Ultra 7268V is equipped with 8 Xe2 cores, and the performance is up to 50% higher than that of the previous-generation Arc Alchemist Xe GPU. The NPU adopts the latest NPU4 design, and the computing power can reach up to 48 TOPS at most.

Tap TechNews cited the report of this media that engineering samples of Intel's Lunar Lake CPU were also found at the 2024 Taipei International Computer Show, but these are very early samples with a main frequency of 1.6 GHz and a relatively small amount of L3 cache, only 8 megabytes.
