Win11 Users Encounter Abnormal System Resource Occupation Due to Microsoft Service Vulnerability

Some attentive netizens found this problem through the Task Manager and initiated a relevant post on the Microsoft forum, and this post quickly got responses from many users. So far, more than 46 people have indicated that they have encountered the same problem. TapTechNews noticed that there were also users in the Feedback Center who reported this bug and received a reply from Microsoft engineer Jennifer G. Jennifer G confirmed the existence of this vulnerability, and said that Microsoft is working on the repair. This reply was posted a week ago, but currently Microsoft has not released a fix.

The function of CrossDeviceService is just as its name implies, aiming to help Windows computers connect, synchronize, and share files to devices such as mobile phones. It is an important supporting service of the Phone Link function. It is speculated that due to the continuous update and improvement of the related functions of mobile phone connection in the recent Windows 11 test version, such as enhancing the Android file sharing experience, it may have led to the appearance of this vulnerability.
