realme's First Brand Service Flagship Store Opens in Shenzhen

Xu Qi also disclosed the relevant goals of this year's service outlets: by the end of this year, it is expected to build 500 service outlets, achieve 80% coverage of university towns, and provide backup phone services for online and offline repairs comprehensively.

In July this year, Xu Qi once revealed on Weibo that the current offline service outlets of realme have covered more than 300 cities across the country, and at the same time provide SF Express two-way free postage for sending and repairing services, with an average time limit of 3 days including the logistics time.

According to the previous report of TapTechNews, Xu Qi announced in 2023 that the after-sales service of realme will carry out a 'comprehensive strategic upgrade', and the goal of this year is to achieve 100% coverage of prefecture-level cities for service outlets, build 72 sending and repairing centers, and the average sending and repairing time limit is less than 3 days and support delivery without fingerprints.
