BYD Updates 2023 TENZA N7 with New OTA Version 1.2

TapTechNews August 3rd news, BYD has pushed the 1.2 version of OTA for the 2023 TENZA N7, mainly adding 2 functions such as red light countdown and 3 optimizations.

TapTechNews attached the main updates as follows:

Added the red light countdown function for a smoother journey;

Added the voice guidance for activating the mobile phone NFC car key, making the operation simpler;

Optimized the intelligent broadcast volume range, which can be adjusted in Vehicle Settings - Intelligent Reminder;

Optimized the mobile phone wireless charging prompt function, removed the wireless charging dynamic effect, and only showed the charging status in the status bar;

Optimized the co-pilot rhythm function.

It should be noted that this update is applicable to the 2023 TENZA N7 models without optional advanced intelligent driving full enjoyment package and high-speed intelligent driving package, and the national push has started successively from now on. The new TENZA N7 models and the 2023 TENZA N7 models with optional advanced intelligent driving full enjoyment package and high-speed intelligent driving package have been upgraded previously.

The 2023 BYD TENZA N7 pure electric hunting SUV was launched last July, and the official guide price starts from 301,800 yuan ($43,500). The whole series is standardly equipped with a 91.392 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and the CLTC range is 630/702 kilometers (391/436 miles).

In terms of interior, the TENZA N7 is equipped with six connected screens, namely the 17.3-inch central control screen, the 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel, the 10.25-inch co-pilot entertainment screen, the AR-HUD and the bilateral intelligent air outlet display screens, and is standardly equipped with Devialet audio, the whole vehicle advanced NAPPA leather, electric sunshade, etc.
